Further to the last meeting of the drafting team I attach the comments from the sub-team 

There are three ways to make comments:

(1) Make changes to the attached document (with track changes on);

(2) Collaborate on the google doc which can be found by following this link; or

(3) Provide comments by return email.

Staff will collate any comments into a single document in advance of the next meeting of the drafting team. I would therefore respectfully request that you please try to submit your comments / edits at the latest by Tuesday 3 May so staff is able to collate all input in one document in time for the meeting.
