Pursuant to Annex D, Section 1.4 (a) of the ICANN Bylaws, I am pleased to inform you on behalf of the GNSO Council that the GNSO approved the amendment of the Fundamental Bylaws at Article 18, Section 7(b) (regarding the composition of the IANA Naming Function Review Team) on the 27 November 2019.
