Dear Empowered Community Administration,

As required under Section 7.2 of the ICANN Bylaws, please accept this
letter as formal notification that the At-Large Advisory Committee
(ALAC)  has re-appointed Leon Felipe Sanchez to Seat 15 on the ICANN Board of Directors.

On behalf of the ALAC, I ask that the Empowered Community confirm its
Designation of  Leon Sanchez to the Board. Leon's second term is
scheduled to begin at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in
October 2020 in Hamburg.
