Under the ICANN Bylaws, delivery of the Secretary’s Notice on

February: (1) requires Decisional Participants to “promptly inform their constituents” of the delivery of such
notice; and (2) triggers the 21-day Rejection Action Petition Period, during which an individual may submit a petition to any Decisional Participant, seeking to reject the Board action.
This 21-day period commenced on

February 2021
and will end at 23:59 PST on 12
March 2021,
or 07:59 UTC on 13
March 2021.
