The GNSO Council passed the motion for approval of the Fundamental Bylaw Amendment to transfer responsibility for reconsideration requests to a new Board committee during its meeting on 13 July 2017.

As per Resolved clause 2: “The GNSO Council directs the GNSO Secretariat to forward this resolution to the Empowered Community Administration before the expiration of the Approval Action Decision Period, as required under Section 1.4, Article 1, Annex D of the ICANN Bylaws”, the resolution can be found published on page: https://gnso.icann.org/en/council/resolutions#201707
