Dear Empowered Community Administration representatives,

I am writing to confirm that, in accordance with the timelines and procedures set out in Annex D of the ICANN Bylaws, the 21-day Community Reconsideration Petition Support Period pertaining to the Community Reconsideration Petition on the postponement of ATRT4 expired at 06:59 UTC. No support for the Community Reconsideration Petition was received from any other Decisional Participants by the Empowered Community Administration within the prescribed timeframe.

Therefore, under Annex D, Section 4.3(b)(ii), the Community Reconsideration Initiation Process is thus automatically terminated. The next step is for the Empowered Community Administration to deliver a notice to the ICANN Secretary certifying that the Community Reconsideration Initiation Process has been terminated with respect to the Reconsideration Request included in the Community Reconsideration Petition. ICANN will then post the Community Reconsideration Termination Notice on the ICANN website.

As is customary, support staff have prepared a draft Community Reconsideration Termination Notice for your review (see attached).

We note that the Bylaws (Annex D) require that the Empowered Community Administration’s notice be delivered within twenty-four (24) hours of the expiration of the Community Reconsideration Petition Support Period. As such, staff will be happy to forward this notice on your behalf at end of day today (23:59 PDT) unless you have any comments or concerns.
