      I have reviewed the ICANN Bylaws and confirm that they require that the EC
      "provide the Secretary (with a copy to the Decisional Participants) with written 
      notice of the designation of those Directors”;  such being the case, I ask that 
      appropriate communication be issued as soon as practical to this effect.

As per ICANN Bylaws, Article 7 Board of Directors, Section 7.8 (c) it is my pleasure to inform you of the 2017 Nominating Committee selected nominees for the two ICANN Director positions.
