Under the ICANN Bylaws, delivery of the Secretary’s Notice on 20 March: (1) requires Decisional Participants to “promptly inform their constituents” of the delivery of such notice; and (2) triggers the 21-day Rejection Action Petition Period, during which an individual may submit a petition to any Decisional Participant, seeking to reject the Board action.

This 21-day periods for ICANN FY26-30 Strategic Plan commenced on 20 March 2025 and will end at 23:59 PDT on 10 April 2025, or 06:59 UTC on 11 April 2025. Please refer to Article 2, Annex D of the ICANN Bylaws for additional details on the Rejection Process, including all pertinent deadlines and requirements for Rejection Action Petitions: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/governance/bylaws-en/#annexD
