As you know, Approval Action Community Forum will be held on Sunday, 3 November from 08:00-09:00 in Montreal Convention Center, Room 517C. I will be happy to support the remote participation during this session. If you are planning to have presentation materials during this forum, may I please ask you to share them with me by Saturday, 2 November, if possible.

As staff in support of the Empowered Community Administration, we are also following up with the ICANN Board members to see if they have any presentation materials for this session. This is to ensure that any presentation materials are posted on the meeting schedule prior to the Forum and shared with the remote participants in the Zoom room properly.
