Dear Empowered Community Administration representatives,

As noted in our previous email, with the receipt of the Secretary’s notice and ECA representatives’ support, the Empowered Community will be hosting an Approval Action Community Forum this Thursday, 14 November 2024, at 06:00-07:00 UTC (09:00-10:00 Istanbul time).

Similar to the ECA’s previous Approval Action Community Forum, a Board member (likely Tripti Sinha) and ICANN staff member (likely Sam Eisner) will be present during the session to speak to the Board’s resolution, Bylaws amendments, and answer questions. The Community Forum is typically facilitated an Empowered Community Administration representative.

ECA support staff therefore asks which of you (or your alternates) would like to volunteer to facilitate this Community Forum session on Thursday? The facilitator will be responsible for introducing the session and managing the queue of questions/comments from the community. If you are willing and able to facilitate, please indicate this on the list by Wednesday afternoon (13 Nov, 12:00 Istanbul time).

Before the Community Forum session, ECA support staff would also like to know whether you prefer to have a 2-minute timer for community members’ questions/comments?
