Dear Empowered Community Administration representatives,

As noted in our previous email, having received the Secretary’s Notice of Board Approval of Fundamental Bylaws Amendments and informed of ECA representatives’ support, the Empowered Community will be hosting an Approval Action Community Forum on Thursday, 11 June 2026 at 08:00 - 09:15 UTC (10:00 - 11:15 Seville time).

The Community Forum is typically facilitated an Empowered Community Administration representative. ECA support staff therefore asks which of you (or your alternates) would like to volunteer to facilitate this Community Forum session on Thursday? The facilitator will be responsible for introducing the session and managing the queue of questions/comments from the community. Like previous Approval Action Community Forums, a Board member (likely Tripti Sinha) and ICANN staff member (likely Sam Eisner) will also be present during the session to speak to the Board’s resolution, Bylaws amendments, and answer questions.
