Under the ICANN Bylaws, delivery of the Secretary’s Notice on

May: (1) requires Decisional Participants to “promptly inform their constituents” of the delivery of such notice;
and (2) triggers the 21-day Rejection Action Petition Period, during which an individual may submit a petition to any Decisional Participant, seeking to reject the Board action.
This 21-day period commenced on
10
May 2022 and will end at 23:59 PDT on 31
May 2022, or 06:59 UTC on 1
June 2022. Please refer to Article 2, Annex D of the ICANN Bylaws for additional details on the Rejection Process,
including all pertinent deadlines and requirements for Rejection Action Petitions:
