Recognizing the global reach of ICANN, I further bring to your attention that the delivery of the Corporate Secretary’s formal correspondence in this matter did not reach SO/AC leadership based in either Europe or Asia until 15 May 2020. So my question to you, on behalf of my implicit proxy on behalf of the Empowered Community Administration, is when does ICANN org consider the clock to have started for the 21 day Rejection Action Petition Period specified in Annex D, Section 2.2(b) with regards to the “Notice of Board Approval of FY21 Operating Plan and Budget” submitted by the Corporate Secretary dated 14 May 2020?
