Dear Empowered Community Administration representatives, I am sending a note to this list on behalf of Greg DiBiaise, copied on this message, who does not have posting rights to this list. As noted by Tomslin Samme-Nlar, the EC Admin representative for the GNSO, he is not present at ICANN81 and unable to participate in the Empowered Community's Approval Action Community Forum. Greg has agreed to serve as the designee for the GNSO and unless there is another representative that prefers to do so, Greg is also willing to volunteer to lead the Community Approval Action Community Forum. Similar to the ECA’s previous Approval Action Community Forum, a Board member (likely Tripti Sinha) and ICANN staff member (likely Sam Eisner) will be present during the session to speak to the Board’s resolution, Bylaws amendments, and answer questions. The Community Forum is typically facilitated an Empowered Community Administration representative. ECA support staff therefore asks which of you (or your alternates) would like to volunteer to facilitate this Community Forum session on Thursday? The facilitator will be responsible for introducing the session and managing the queue of questions/comments from the community. If you are willing and able to facilitate, please indicate this on the list by Wednesday afternoon (13 Nov, 12:00 Istanbul time).
