Staff identified a few further minor edits related to consistency, grammar, etc. that we’ve applied. You’ll find these changes in the redline version attached. They have also been incorporated in the google
doc. If you believe any of these minor edits are not minor or incorrect, please let staff know.
Thanks,
Marika

Subject: [Epdp-dt] Updated EPDP Team Charter and EPDP Initiation Request
Dear All,
Staff has gone ahead and incorporated the scope and related sections into the master charter, see
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xByqLnISySrYPrLJd5LUAk_aN5MiZEquNsSudQ2ymWw/edit?usp=sharing [docs.google.com]. Note that we fixed a couple of minor issues (for example, in the section on the system for standardized access questions jumped from a to
c) but we also noted that in the section on deliverables and timeframes the duplication for deliverable three was still present that was noticed in a previous DT meeting so we have gone ahead and removed this. You can see all these changes in redline in the
attached version. If you believe any of these changes are in error, please let us know as soon as possible.
We have also gone ahead and updated the EPDP Initiation Request accordingly by copying / pasting the relevant sections from the charter. The EPDP Initiation Request can be viewed here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1en56aSzYU7RZ3Q9IIe2qaTEqBLBEZuR6vl5j2-49KAs/edit?usp=sharing [docs.google.com].
Unless there are any other issues identified, staff will have these documents ready for consideration during the upcoming GNSO Council meeting.
Best regards,
Marika
