Thank you, Michele, for running this draft letter to the Board following our DT call.
I have added the formalities for consistency and added text under heading 2. Please scrutinize!
Is it everyone's understanding that these questions should form the agenda for our meeting with the Board on Tuesday? And are there any other items to add to the agenda (ie, non-EPDP related)? If so we need to notify these to the Board
ASAP - for safety's sake no later than Saturday (though I note they've been pushing us for an agenda for several weeks already now).
