It is my understanding that due to the continuous change in the
Internet environment and a need for constant outreach, this document
is a living document. Thus it may be updated at any time, especially
when there are an increased number of potential events.
It is great approach. Especially if to include or note the points discussed below.
In the
Individual Association we are going to start to work on the
gathering the events-calendar and will mark there our
attendees (even without financial support as RIPE NCC in
May'19).
There is also such a calendar for the use of our EURALO members, but
so far, nobody has volunteered to update it.
I think we don`t need to have many source of this information for using in Euralo. We will decide where we may locate it or to use our Euralo calendar. About volunteers to update it - too (now it looks like I am ready and will do it-).
May we indicate
in advance the names of participants (with the possibility of replacement) in the plan in order to have clearer plans for preparation and not to lose the possibility of using CROP for travel and timely registration of applications for funding?
That is for this group to decide, or not.
In this case I suggest to discuss it in the group and to build our plan with the concretization.
