It is my understanding that due to the continuous change in the Internet environment and a need for constant outreach, this document is a living document. Thus it may be updated at any time, especially when there are an increased number of potential events.

In the Individual Association we are going to start to work on the gathering the events-calendar and will mark there our attendees (even without financial support as RIPE NCC in May'19).

There is also such a calendar for the use of our EURALO members, but so far, nobody has volunteered to update it.

May we indicate in advance the names of participants (with the possibility of replacement) in the plan in order to have clearer plans for preparation and not to lose the possibility of using CROP for travel and timely registration of applications for funding?

That is for this group to decide, or not.
