Dear Olivier,

 

Community Regional Outreach Program (CROP) FY20 will be launching soon and as you are the EURALO program coordinator I am reaching out to you regarding EURALO FY20 Outreach Strategic Plan.

In order to improve the administration of the program, staff in support of administering CROP propose the following timeline for CROP FY20:

 

20 – 31 May 2019

Proposed period for discussion between regional VP/team with relevant community groups (i.e. RALOs and CROP-eligible GNSO constituency groups) on creating a Draft Strategic Outreach Plan for FY20

27 May – 10 June 2019

Proposed dates for draft and submission of FY20 Draft Strategic Outreach Plan for VP concurrence

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

17-Jun-19

Proposed deadline for VP sign-off
