Dear Yrjo and Olivier,
Staff will send the letter as requested please allow staff a couple of days to complete as this will have to be done manually,
replacing each ALS name and representative. As for methodology, If the letter is prepared and send as attachment Olivier would need to sign each letter, scan it, attach, etc.
So, we would like to propose to include the text of the letter in an email to be sent from the At-Large staff email
account, “On behalf of” Olivier, EURALO’s Chair.
If you agree with this we will proceed tomorrow.
