Romania is one of the largest manufacturer of Renault / Dacia vehicles, so French is much popular than Russian language and Renault is preferable in compare with VW for example.

I think you mean ALS, not RALO.
Indeed ApTI is the only ALS in Romania. But we would be looking further than just Romania. The At-Large Stakeholder Tool shows the real deficit we have in Eastern Europe where we don't have a single ALS or member in some countries.
