Dear All,

Further to the Doodle poll, the special briefing for EURALO Members on the CWG PC - Public Comment on 2nd Draft Proposal of the Cross Community Working Group to Develop an IANA Stewardship Transition Proposal on Naming Related Functions - is scheduled on Monday 18 May 2015 at 1800 UTC.

I’ll be teaching then and cannot join, but I did do the survey and support what was unusually framed as ‘segregation.’

Best

Bill

Subject: RSVP!! - Important DOODLE - CWG PC - Special briefing for EURALO Members

On behalf of Wolf Ludwig

Dear all,

As you know, IANA Transition is at the centre of ICANN-related discussions since some time. And part of our members are closely
involved in it:

  • ICG - Jean-Jacques Subrenat,
  • CWG - Olivier Crépin-Leblond,
  • CCWG A - Sébastien Bachollet.

Some preliminary results from these groups are open for consultation now for a rather limited period. Therefore our representatives suggested to organize a single issue call for a briefing of EURALO members besides our regular monthly call. To find out about the level of interest and suitable time options, Staff was asked to conduct a Doodle for this extra call.

Please complete the attached Doodle poll to gage the level of interest and find the most suitable time over the next couple of weeks.

Thank you.
Best regards,

Wolf Ludwig
Chair of EURALO
