Please use caution when opening attachments from unrecognised sources.
Nothing is clear so far, please to no speculate.
The Iberian peninsula incident might be caused by a lot of things, starting with operational errors, over environmental hazards, technical accidents etc. pp.
There currently no reason to blame somebody or speculate about potential attackers, even if some (partially involved) managers tend to express such claims.
We need a correct post-mortem analysis, not a political one.

Betreff: [EURO-Discuss] energy troubles in Europe
Dear all,
I have to express my sincerest support to all of you who are in energy trouble today.
Just now we do not know who is responsible for your troubles.
In Ukraine we know who is responsible.
I am proud that our government proposed our help to suffering countries.
Kind regards,
Oksana
