The revision of the EURALO CROP and Discretionary Funding criteria have now concluded. Thank you to everyone who provided comments. You can find the updated criteria attached.

• CROP:

We still have THREE EURALO CROP slots for the remainder of the Fiscal Year 2026. Applications need to be submitted as soon as possible.

NOTE – The events need to be mentioned in the Outreach and Engagement Plan (see attached).

The submission deadlines are as follows:

• TWO CROP slots = deadline of Sunday, 22 March 2026 with results announced on Friday, 27 March 2026
• ONE CROP slot for ICANN86 Seville = deadline of Friday, 03 April with results announced on Friday, 10 April 2026.

• DISCRETIONARY FUNDING:

A reminder of the purpose of the RALO Discretionary funding:

To provide opportunities for members of all RALOs to do local outreach and engagement and ICANN and ICANN Policy related issues within the region in alignment with the Regional Outreach Plans for the relevant Fiscal year.

EURALO has USD 4,000 available discretionary funding – details here. The request must be submitted at least three weeks before the date funding is required.
