‘Wale earned a certificate in User Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MITx), US, and a certificate in Initiating and Planning Projects (Project Management)
from the University of California, Irvine, US. He also earned an MSc degree in Embedded Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK.
He has over 15 years of experience in IT and Telecommunications. He also worked in the IT field as a volunteer, including ISOC’s Ebola Technical Community as an online Co-ordination/Administrator
in 2014.
Professionally, ‘Wale is an IT Tutor/Digital Analyst at Middlesbrough Community Learning Centre (MCLC), Middlesbrough, UK, and a member of MCLC’s Advisory Group. The Advisory
Group works in partnership with all stakeholders in education in Middlesbrough. MCLC works include developing educational projects for youth. The Advisory Group works to initiate projects on the utilization of £1 million fund provided by the UK government
to Middlesbrough Community Learning Centre.

Dear All,
On the EURALO monthly call[community.icann.org], held on December 20, 2016[community.icann.org], EURALO Board member Jordi Iparraguirre, notified EURALO membership of his resignation due to other activities. As agreed on the call, EURALO's Chair and Secretariat would like to announce a call for nominations to fill the Board seat vacated.
This call is made in accordance with the EURALO Articles of Association[community.icann.org] and Selection and performance criteria for EURALO Board members 2015[community.icann.org]. Please note: For this Board replacement round several candidates may be nominated but only one position is vacant. Since this is for ONE seat, ALSes will have ONE vote only! As we have a limit of 1 Board member per country, citizens of Finland, Austria, Germany and France are not eligible for nomination. For further rules and info see:
The current EURALO Board term is 2 years from 9 December 2015 until 9 December 2017.
The new member will serve for the remaining timeframe (from time of election 13 January 2017 until 9 December 2017), in alignment with the current EURALO Board member terms.
Kindly note the EURALO Board should be balanced but EURALO has not reached a consensus on having direct absolute criteria for geographical (East/Western Europe) or Gender criteria. As geographical and gender balance are important in our region, I ask you to consider these issues when making your selection.
Please submit your nominations and self-nominations until 6 January at 23:59 UTC by sending an email to the EURALO mailing list and coping At – Large staff staff@atlarge.icann.org . All candidates who accept their nominations by the deadline above must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).
