  This message was really not included for the following reason - it was not obvious that the message was intended for the EURALO Newsletter.

Also, part of the message has an unacceptable format for sharing on the pages of the Euralo Newsletter. Since we do not have editorial staff, there is also no opportunity to work with the sent texts (there is also no right to change the author's text).   We are always grateful for the news that community members send us, we always put it in a news collection that should be a source of useful information for the European and broader community - we happily have a lot of readers now.

There are several requirements for such news: 1. Please send me or Sebastian Bachollet a separate email with the subject "News for the EURALO Newsletter" (This is exactly what our colleagues are doing). 2. The news should relate to ICANN topics, Internet governance topics and mostly have a EUROPEAN regional focus (or global updates important for European Internet end users). 3. The news should be accompanied by a short summary (text + links + 2-3 photos optional). 4. The news should not contain political, extremist, racist messages and information discrediting the activities of other organizations (especially those with whom EURALO has MoU, like ICANN, RIPE, CENTR).

Dear all,

I will do my best to participate in today's EURALO members monthly teleconference.

Unfortunately, now we have an air alert in Kyiv and I am not sure that I will be able to participate in the meeting in person.

In any case, I would like to let you know that our ALS (iNGO European Media Platform) co-organized VI Youth IGF-UA and VIX IGF-UA (15-17 November 2023).

Huge thanks to Becky Burr, Katrina Sataki, Chris Mondini, Gabriella Schittek, Siranush Vardanyan for their participation in our Fora.

Our IGF-UA Steering Committee and Youth IGF-UA Initiative Group are working to finalize our report to the IGF Secretariat.

As a moderator of the section "Ukraine's dialogue with I* and international organizations in time of war" we prepared such message:

All I* and international organizations supported Ukraine after full-scaled aggression against our country, but not all of them condemn the country-aggressor.  CENTR, for example, decided to suspend the membership of the Coordination Center for TLD RU/РФ (first of all  because of security concerns and lack of trust). In other organizations (such as ICANN, for example) there are cases, when representatives of the country-aggressor hold senior positions even in violation of the statutory documents. The highest level of understanding there is between the Ukrainian community and RIPE NCC (maybe not in the last turn because of the possibility to speak one language).
On the other hand, the community of Ukraine is strongly encouraged to take active participation in international initiatives of relevance, such as the Global Digital Compact and WSIS+20 Review.
Continuous efforts are necessary to engage all stakeholders  in Internet governance dialogues at all levels, from national to international. 

I also would like to let you know that I did not receive any information regarding the election of the EURALO Board.

In any case please record my self-nomination for this position.
