Hello everyone,
you must be getting tired of the reminders, but with only two days remaining before the deadline to give your proxy to someone if you are not going to attend the session, we have received only
two proxies so far. The Doodle on
https://doodle.com/poll/74izeuht9uzgb7bt shows the people who are going to be attending the General Assembly in person.
May I suggest that if you are going to be attending the GA remotely you give us a heads up by signing up to this Doodle indicating you will attend, with "remote" next to your name?
For example: Olivier Crépin-Leblond remote
This way we have a better idea about achieving a good quorum.

Dear colleagues,
you have found the email below in your mailbox. This is the email inviting you to the RALO's General Assembly.
At this stage you have three options:
1. attend the General Assembly (GA) in person: please indicate this on the Doodle Poll.
2. attend the General Assembly remotely: instructions for attending in this way will be sent out soon.
3. do not attend the General Assembly: in which case you can nominate a PROXY to represent you. A proxy will need to attend the General Assembly either in person, or remotely.
In order to nominate a proxy, email them, with a copy to staff@atlarge.icann.org giving them details of your proxy. As per practice in past General Assemblies, there will be a maximum of two proxies possible per member present at the GA and staff will inform you if a nominated proxy has exceeded their vote allocation and suggest alternatives.
It is really important that you take action for one of these three options above, as it is important that the General Assembly achieves quorum.
