if something takes place where people have to take = action this should be

is, why I resend this mail.
So voting on the questions if voting rights should be = limited to those ALSes
who have signed the MOU will take place from today = until wednesday.

For clarification: No other voting on any issue will = take place until this
decision has been taken.
