Interested ICANN community members must apply in advance of ICANN76, and those who meet the eligibility requirements will be selected to participate.

The application deadline is Friday, 24 February 2023 at 23:59 UTC.

NEW Chair’s Blog: Recap of the January Board Workshop

The ICANN Board of Directors recently held its first Board Workshop of the year, and I'm pleased to report that we began 2023 on a productive note.

During the four-day meeting, held in Los Angeles, we discussed and made progress on many of the most important issues that ICANN is currently facing, including the effectiveness of ICANN's multistakeholder model of governance and the next round of new generic top-level domains (gTLDs).

NEW: Changes to ICANN org’s Meetings Scheduling Platform

As the ICANN76 Community Forum approaches, I wanted to share an update with you about the ICANN organization's (org) online scheduling tool.

Because the vendor is discontinuing support for Pathable, we will no longer be using this tool. Instead, we will be using Sched.

REMINDER ICANN Request for Information: gTLD Application Life Cycle System

Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) organization issued a request for information (RFI) seeking to evaluate vendors interested in supporting the implementation of a new enterprise system to aid ICANN staff in the collection and processing of applications for new generic top-level domains (gTLDs).

ICANN is opening the application round for its Community Childcare Grants Pilot Program [r20.rs6.net] for ICANN77 in Washington, DC. The program facilitates in-person participation of community members with children who are 12 years old or younger at ICANN Public Meetings and eligible ICANN events.
