Dear Colleagues,

As you may be aware, ATRT3 has recommended evolving the Organizational Reviews into a Continuous Improvement Program (CIP). ICANN has set up a Continuous Improvement Program Community Coordination Group (CIP-CCG) with representatives from the entire ICANN community.

Sébastien Bachollet has been designated as EURALO representative, with Natalia Filina serving as the alternate. Pari Esfandiari is a member of the ALAC small team, following the same topic for ALAC.

We seek two to three volunteers to join the EURALO CIP Team to ensure robust engagement and effective representation. Your participation will be invaluable in shaping our approach and responses to these evolving processes.

If you are interested in contributing, please send an email, by July 10, to the Chair of EURALO at sebicann@bachollet.fr and copy staff@atlarge.icann.org. 

Your involvement will significantly strengthen our collective efforts in this critical initiative. Thank you for considering this opportunity to contribute to EURALO's continuous improvement and strategic development.
