Dear European ALS representatives:
As has previously been mentioned I will shortly (24-48 hours) be emailing around the information about the Lisbon meeting.
However, in the meantime, as previously mentioned, I would strongly suggest that we begin the preparatory work so that we can have a successful outcome and establish the European RALO at last.
As previously suggested, we would like to arrange a teleconference within the next several days to do three things:
1) Go over the draft Bylaws and identify the provisions which are still believed to need work at the meeting
2) Go over the draft MoU for the same purposes.
3) Decide on an agenda for Lisbon's sessions
if there is a time in the period of 20-24 February that you CANNOT do, please send this to
staff@alac.icann.org and we will schedule something that conflicts with the fewest schedules.
