just as an explanation -- the ALAC is currently undergoing a Review, according to the cycle of reviews that ICANN is subjected to. Nick Thorne is from the Team that is performing the ALAC review - and the current emphasis is on the performance, effectiveness and improvement of RALOs - and Nick has asked that his email address be sent out to the EURALO mailing list so if any of you would like to get in touch with him confidentially to let him know of your views of EURALO and how it could be improved, you can email him directly.
