Thank you for your nomination. I would be glad to be part of the EURALO team supporting the ACES Phishing Campaign. As a member of the ICANN ACES core team, I contributed to the development of the campaign toolkit and training materials, and I look forward to helping expand these efforts within the European region.
Dear Maciek and Simone,
The ACES Committee has agreed that, once the RALO volunteers are confirmed, they will organize an onboarding call to familiarize volunteers with the toolkit, including the slide deck, train-the-trainer materials, communications resources, feedback forms, and promotional content.
Based on the pilot training conducted by ACES members, the sessions typically range from 35 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the audience and format, and cover approximately 40 slides. Following this, we would collaborate with EURALO ALS members, communities, colleges, and institutions across Europe to deliver the training. The initial phase will require some coordination and planning to determine the training format (virtual or in-person), identify target audiences, and organize logistics with the help of ICANN Team. Additional time might also be needed for delivering the sessions and collecting post-training feedback (in person or through online forms).
In a nutshell, you can expect 3–4 hours per week for coordination, outreach, and preparation. On the actual training day, the commitment would depend on the format and audience, but typically around 2–3 hours including setup, delivery of the session (35–90 mins), discussion/Q&A, and post-training feedback collection.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need any clarification.
It would be great to collaborate on this initiative if you decide to volunteer. We can then discuss a strategy for delivering it within EURALO during our upcoming meetings :)
Best regards,
Mohammad Atif.

Dear all,
Phishing is everyone's concern (and this mail is not phishing, right? ;-))
There's a request to provide, within 3 days, a minimum of two persons (up to 5) to lead the ACES Phishing Campaign at EURALO side, so I'm making here a public call to volunteers interested in the topic of phishing.
I think Mohammad Atif, as being active previously on this with ACES, would be an excellent one : Mohammad, can you confirm?

But we need 1 to 4 other candidates, who else would like to participate? I'm thinking about people having used the video or content, and people interested by building awareness about phishing. Understanding English is a need, however it would be good to enable further localization of the content.
Please reply by this Friday at the latest. Thanks for your support,
