Thank you so much for your initiative. Our colleagues and I are also open to any questions and help for newcomers personally.

In the past we had a mentoring program in the community, practice has shown that formalization of such processes is great (the program was closed by ALAC decision). Well, we may act unofficially.
Another idea of my Welcome Package project (despite all efforts it died, I still cry about it, cause At-Large everyday needs it) is a EURALO digital page, where we will specify mentors with coordinates for communication or something else.
The list of persons may change and will be supplemented, but it will be a guiding star-).

Short conclusion:  we can informally direct newcomers to you, to me, to Roberto, Frederic (and others who wish), or/and we can write our names on the wiki page as mentors.
What do you think about it?
