On behalf of Wolf Ludwig, Chair of EURALO, we would like to announce the call for nominations for the EURALO Regional Leadership positions.

Positions Open:

· Chair – Currently the positon is held by Wolf Ludwig, who is eligible to be selected again

· Secretary – Currently the position is held by Yuliya Morenets, who is eligible to be selected again

Terms:

· Terms for both the Chair and Secretary will run from the end of the 2015 EURALO General Assembly to the end of the 2017 EURALO General Assembly.

EURALO Selection Timetable: 

• 17 August - Announcement of call for nominations and Nominee's Statement.
• 17 August - 31 August - Nomination period.
• 05 September - Deadline for nomination acceptances.
• 21 October - Elections (If required elections will take place during the EURALO General Assembly on Wednesday, 21 October).
• 2015 AGM [ ICANN 54 ]  - The newly selected Chair and Secretary shall take their seats at the close of the 2015 AGM on Thursday, 22nd October 2015.

Process for Nominations:

All nominees are expected to submit a brief statement explaining why they believe they are a suitable candidate to At-Large staff.  All nominees must also complete or update their Statement of Interest (see: At-Large New SOIs Workspace).

Nominations, including self-nominations, may be made directly on the EURALO mailing list, on the EURALO Elections, Selections and Appointments 2015 or by sending a note to At-Large staff.
