Dear Frederic,
Thank you very much for your kind invitation. I truly appreciate the opportunity and your trust in inviting me to contribute.
At the same time, I would kindly ask for a bit more time for preparation. The presentation I am expected to deliver must be reviewed and formally approved by the Internet Association of Ukraine, as I cannot speak on their behalf without prior coordination and agreement. The Internet Association of Ukraine is the largest industry association in the country, and due to the involvement and chairing structure of the Board members, the approval process is quite complex and not particularly fast. This internal procedure is mandatory for me, and without it, I would unfortunately not be able to participate in an official capacity.
Could you please let me know the date and time when it would be possible for me to speak next? This would allow me to properly coordinate, prepare the materials, and ensure everything is aligned in advance.
Thank you again for your understanding and support. I truly value our cooperation and look forward to contributing soon.
Dear Olena,
Thank you for your kind message with highly interesting content. From what I've seen, it's however the first message from you in this EURALO distribution list (at least since August 2025), so if you have submitted something, it was not received. :-( Now well. :-)
ALS'es are in the center of our EURALO community, that's why we have started a new initiative, "ALS in the spotlight", during each EURALO Monthly Member Meeting (MMM).
Our next EURALO MMM is next week, a possible candidate was ISOC Català, however not confirmed yet (I was not able to reach them, can be a next time). That's why I'd like to invite you to present your ALS, The Ukrainian Internet Association. You would have 12 minutes for a presentation, then people may raise questions: interactivity & friendly community spirit. :-)
For practical arrangement, feel free to contact me directly by email with our Secretary (Natalia) and ICANN At-Large staff in copy as well. And if anyone has a topic for next MMM Tuesday 17/2 at 6pm UTC, it's the same. I'd like also to invite new individuals to present themselves and the ICANN related topics they are managing (as Maciek Piasecki last time).
Best regards,Warm welcome again to all our ALS'es and members,
Frederic.

Dear EURALO Colleagues,
I hope this message finds you well.
Please find attached the official report of NOGUA - Group of Network Operators of Ukraine. We kindly submit it for your information and records within the EURALO community.
At the same time, we would like to respectfully raise a matter that raises concerns for our community.
In December, we submitted reports regarding IGF-UA and NOGUA activities. However, we have not received any feedback, comments, acknowledgements, or requests for clarification. We understand that everyone is under a significant workload, but the complete lack of response leaves us uncertain whether the materials were properly received and reviewed.
As an active ALS and representative of the Ukrainian Internet community, we deeply value transparency, inclusiveness, and open dialogue within EURALO and the broader ICANN ecosystem. Constructive feedback - even a brief acknowledgement is important for maintaining trust and ensuring procedural clarity.
Given the extraordinary circumstances in which Ukraine continues to operate and the geopolitical sensitivities affecting our region, we hope that administrative processes remain strictly neutral and free from external influence. We trust that EURALO upholds the principles of fairness, openness, and equal treatment of all ALSes, regardless of national origin.
The Ukrainian community remains firmly committed to the global, open, and interoperable Internet. We believe that, especially in times of war, dialogue and cooperation within the Internet governance ecosystem are more important than ever.
We would be grateful for confirmation of receipt of our reports and any feedback you may wish to share.
