Just got more info about the request from ACES team for the phishing campaign below. This is a last call to have volunteers (today is deadline but not that strict). In short: more people, less to do for each. Thank you already to Mohammad who already confirmed and gave much more details: great!

Hi Frederic,

The work of the Leads will be to coordinate between RALO and ACES team. Encourage ALS and IMs to take such courses and report back.

There is no fixed timeline for the same since we are launching it for first time.

Additionally we understand that all are volunteers. That is why we are asking for 2 to max 5 leads, so that if someone cannot followup for sometime others can.

But on the whole we are looking at 6-12 months for this campiagn

On behalf of the ALAC Community Engagement Subcommittee (ACES), we request you to nominate a minimum of two persons (maximum of five)  as the RALO lead who will be responsible for leading the ACES Phishing Campaign. It is preferred that the nominated persons can understand English as the module will be rolled out in English first.

The deadline to nominate is 8 May 2026.

The ACES team will provide training and a toolkit to the nominated RALO leads, who in turn will train interested members of your RALO to organize community-level training sessions. 

The RALO leads will also be responsible for driving the phishing campaign at the RALO level and coordinating with the ACES team.

We look forward to the nominations and will be happy to respond to any questions or queries you may have.
