It would be helpful, in the period before you elect your officers, if one of you could volunteer to be the point of contact on the Secretariat email group. This is not a policy-making body or anything like that, simply to allow the regional secretariats and officers a place to discuss effective coordination between regions, and if there is a procedural matter that the Secretariats need to canvas their regions on, such matters are put to this group in the first instance. 

Once you elect a Chair and Vice-Chair, those people would be included in the group by default.
