Dear colleagues, looking at our EURALO Hot Topics 2019 document, Joanna Kulesza made a proposal as follows: To add paragraphs on: 3.1. Balancing privacy and security 3.2. Freedom of expression, DNS, AI and fake news3.3. Discrimination and accessibility 3.4. Rule of law in the multistakeholder community The question is whether these are to be included in the EURALO Hot Topics, given that these might be outside the remit of ICANN (are they?).
