The contrast is such, that ICANN has two Regional VPs to cover the region. Wolf has successfully navigated this complex environment for many years, even before the Regional VPs were in place, and I'd like to really thank him for that. I'd also like to thank him for having helped me into the position of EURALO Chair. I had worked with him in the past when I was assuming the position of Secretary and he taught me a lot. Wolf and Wale have already been in touch with each other and Wolf has proposed mentoring Wale as much as possible to help him into the position.
