This session will address the critical issue of *fundamental rights protection in the context of artificial intelligence and online platforms*, with a particular focus on developments in *European Union law*. We are honoured to welcome *Dr. David Reichel*, Head of the Data and Digitalisation Sector at the *European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA)*, who will present recent findings on algorithmic discrimination, AI transparency, and digital rights enforcement within the EU legal framework. *Certificates of attendance* will be available upon request via the registration form.
