Euralo in Geneva?
Hi, On this list and the January board teleconference there was discussion of having a Euralo board/Paris summit meeting in Geneva prior to the Tues. 26 Feb. IGF consultation. Sébastien put up a Doodle page so we could coordinate on scheduling availability. To date, only five people ( Sébastien, Wolf, Rudi, myself, and Wolfgang, who can¹t meet until the night of the 26th, after the consultation) have gone there to indicate their availability, and there have been no additions made in 14 days. In the meanwhile, there¹s a live discussion on the summit WG list about when and how to submit the proposal for staff/board consideration. It would be good to get clear on how we wish to proceed. As a first step, could we please decide whether we¹re having a meeting in Geneva, and if so when and where and would anyone other than the five people mentioned above be joining? Thanks, Bill *********************************************************** William J. Bill, thank you for reminding us. Could you sent once more the link to the doodle page, please? thank you. jeanette William Drake wrote:

FWIW, as I told Wolf, if a teleconference hookup helps those not present in Geneva participate with those who are here, I can certainly make those arrangements. Note that the proposal on the summit has been sent to the staff now, and acknowledged - which doesn't mean that input into the summit sessions such as was suggested during the last teleconference cannot be incorporated; I'm sure the non-EURALO members are entirely receptive to proposals of that nature. Hello, Please can, all the EuRalo board members answer in Doodle the pool? If you are not able to attend the propose meeting in Geneva, just say you are not available for any proposal. It will be easer to organise the meeting. Can we define a dead line? By the 7th of February at 6pm (UTC) ;) All the best Sébastien Bachollet Président sebastien.bachollet@isoc.fr www.egeni.org www.isoc.fr -----Message d'origine----- De : euro-discuss-bounces@atlarge-lists.icann.org [mailto:euro-discuss-bounces@atlarge-lists.icann.org] De la part de William Drake Envoyé : vendredi 1 février 2008 13:17 À : Discussion for At-Large Europe Objet : Re: [EURO-Discuss] Euralo in Geneva? http://www.doodle.ch/mbea282t3hcs8eww We should also take note of the concerns about timing being expressed on summit-wg...
