Dear Colleagues, I would like to nominate Natalia Filina for another term as EURALO Secretariat. In her current terms, she has proven herself to be a reliable Secretariat, also publishing Newsletters which are the envy of other RALOs! Communication is the key to an active community and she has really helped with getting EURALO back on track. I should also add that Natalia has also gained good experience to Chair calls, so she is well qualified to step in as needed, when our Chair is unavailable. Dear Olivier and EURALO family, I fully agree with Olivier' statements about Natalia Filina, including to lead when Chair is unavailable. IMHO, not only she made an amazing work as Secretary, but she also remained ethical and with the same support for everyone in the community, whatever their affiliation or conviction, which is exemplary giving the overall context. Kudo. That's why I would like to nominate Natalia Filina as EURALO Chair. I do appreciate Sébastien's work, but I think that 1 candidate per function is not the best for " Internet & Democracy ", being by the way the topic of a 6 days workshop that Sébastien wonderfully organized last week in Varzy. Dear EURALO family, I would like to nominate Sébastien Bachollet as EURALO ALAC Member. Even if Pari Esfandiari is wonderful in that position at ALAC, I think it's not good to have only 1 single candidate per function. Mixity of profiles is important in a group like ALAC, and I'm convinced Sébastien's contribution could be of high added value there, including to help clarifying relationships between ICANN Board, ALAC and RALO's. *Selection Schedule for ALAC Members, RALO Leadership, and ALAC Delegates to the NomCom:*
