We have to prepare positions before the European ministry level meeting of Nice on Oct 6/7 if we want to have our input considered in the European Position of Nov 26, and benefit of the resulting world awareness in Hyderabad.

Cher Personnel, cette répétition est inutile. (1) elle n'est toujours pas en français (2) elle est antérieure aux mails du Président d'Euralo qui sont évoqués (3) elle ne clarifie pas les interférences du Personnel (4) seule la position d'une ALAC au moins composée d'@larges élue par des @larges et ayant voix au BoD nous importe (5) elle est très amusante puis qu'elle est envoyée à la liste générale de france@large dont la prétendue inexistence est le prétexte du refus d'accréditation par le Personnel. Afin qu'il n'y soit pas répondu par certains membres comme une désinvolture supplémentaire de l'ICANN vis à vis de gens avec qui elle devra nécessairement un jour à coopérer, je n'ai pas autorisé votre courriel sur cette liste. Je la lui copie qu'en annexe à cette réponse. Je ne peux qu'espérer que le Personnel de support à l'ALAC commence par tenir ses engagements et obligations de répondre à notre demande en français, qu'au moins nous sachions ce qu'il veut exactement dire. Ensuite, que le Président d'Euralo donne sa position à la suite des discussions de Paris qu'il a demandées. Dans l'intérim, france@large a engagé une discussion interne sur la manière d'approcher les cinq objectifs d'intérêt @large qu'elle s'est fixés pour les mois à venir, pour préserver la stabilité et développer d'un meilleur Internet @large pour chacun, dans le contexte de la nouvelle politique annoncée par l'ICANN qui s'oppose à l'accord fondateur du DNS de 1984 (RFC 920) et aux principes fondamentaux de l'ICANN (l'ICANN ne saurait être un registre).
