WG: ALS Summit Questionnaire
Dear all, attached you find copies of the famous and "lost" Questionnaire of the Summit-WG again what we discussed yesterday at our GA -- Please support us by filling it in and to return it to the Staff as soon as possible! Dear ALS representative from EURALO,
As you are probably aware, At-Large has for some time had the intention to organize a global Summit of At-Large Structures. A subgroup of At-Large called the Summit Working Group, has been charged with the task to come up with a proposal, which will then be presented at the ICANN Paris meeting at the end of this month.
To go ahead with the planning of this promising event, we kindly ask you to take a couple of minutes to respond to the questions attached. There is a French and and English version of the questionnaire.
The questionnaire has been designed in a multiple-choice format for ease of processing. However, most questions leave you with the opportunity to add your own thoughts at the end.
The results from the questionnaire will presented and reviewed at the Paris meeting. To do so, we need your answers no later than June 20. Thank you.
Please note that the ICANN Board has not yet decided if the At-Large Summit will be part of the next budget. This questionnaire is intended to bring to light the expectations the At-Large community associates with this event . It does not mean that we can guarantee funding for your ALS to assist this event at this point, however.

Yes, it is being discussed. But we havn't found a time slot yet where a sufficient number of EURALO members can meet to draft a statement. One potential meeting time discussed today over lunch would be tomorrow, Monday, at 11.30 after the IPv4/IPv6 workshop. Hi Jeanette, As I said, I can't do it tomorrow as I'm at the GigaNet workshop off site. Tuesday is probably not good due to the NCUC meeting, but Wednesday between the GNSO meeting and the IG workshop would work...
