Regarding .health, there is a linguistic misunderstanding: Health is an attribute of individuals and a service to society. It is not an 'industry'. I notice that 'members' of .health are expected to be from 'companies'. Quid, national health services, patients' associations and NGOs such as MSF? Quid other languages?
Also, in the light of current concerns about tax havens, ICANN and the Spanish and British governments should have strong reservations about the incorporation of .health in Gibraltar.

I (personally) think it's too specific for the short timing and focus of our GA but would fit well into the pre-GA meeting in the afternoon at 15:00 EURALO meets ICANN Staff -- more infos will follow on that.
