The European Parliament will be holding a Surveillance Hearing where it will be considering a Study: National Programmes for Mass Surveillance of Personal Data in EU Member states and their compatibility with EU law. This follows Snowden's revelations which looks specifically at EU members namely UK, Sweden, France, Germany and Netherlands.
