WG: Regional Advice needed
Dear all, as you may have noticed, we received an ALS application from WZRI based in Austria some time ago. Meanwhile, Staff conducted the usual due diligence procedure. And as ALAC usually proceeds with applications, our community / EURALO is now asked for its regional advice on the applicant before a decision / certification will be taken by ALAC. Just FYI, I know the applicant by various personal contacts since summer 2014 and they have participated in some ICANN meetings. If no objections regarding this application will be raised on this list until Friday, 15 April, our regional advice to ALAC will be positive = recommending to certify the applicant. Thanks for your consideration and kind regards, Wolf Nathalie Peregrine wrote Thu, 7 Apr 2016 14:19:

Thanks for following up on this application, Wolf. I should add that Dr. Eric Schweighofer attended the Marrakech meeting and spent a considerable amount of time in the At-Large related meetings. I had the pleasure to meet him then. Kindest regards, Olivier On 08/04/2016 00:17, Wolf Ludwig wrote:

The organization's website and charter appear to be valid, therefore I approve of their ICANN accreditation, even though I have been banned from many icann mailing lists by the ombudsman because of the objections of hysterical 'one time posters' who then go on to participate in irrelevant 'trivia time' after complaining that my intellectual suggestions to improve the transition proposal was 'spamming', and even though i was publicly blamed by lawyers affiliated with ICANN for ICANN's IT issues regarding spam and 'bounces', which ICANN's own IT department admitted was their glitch to be repaired and had nothing to do with me, and even though other 'leaders' of ICANN stated that my SOI is invalid when it is valid, therefore I should be banned from even more mailing lists, and even though i was smeared on ISOC mailing lists for those same phony accusations. It is my hope that the US Senate looks at all of the evidence they claimed to have in their most recent letter to the icann chairman. Ron
Don’t fear being banned from this list. We know where the delete button is, and that is more than sufficient. Dear all, coming back to my previous mail in this matter: As I haven't seen any objection from our members (during the consultation period until Friday, 15 April) regarding the application of WZRI, based in Vienna, Austria, our regional advice to ALAC will be *positive* = recommending to certify the applicant. Kind regards, Wolf Wolf Ludwig wrote Fri, 08 Apr 2016 00:17:
