Dear Colleagues, I am pleased to invite you to an open online workshop, *"International Law of Critical Internet Infrastructure: A Comparative Analysis of Europe and China,"* to be held on *December 13, 2024* from *09:00 AM - 11:00 AM UTC*. This event, co-hosted by Lodz Cyber Hub at the University of Lodz Law School, an ICANN EURALO ALS, and the United Nations University – Comparative Regional Integration Studies (UNU-CRIS), brings together distinguished speakers from Europe and China to discuss the governance of Critical Internet Infrastructure (CII). Topics will include: - The growing significance of China's role in providing satellite connectivity to underserved regions. - Policies facilitating these developments. - Europe’s evolving legal frameworks for CII on land, under the sea, and in outer space.
