Also I ask all to keep in mind that EURALO is a rapidly changing organization. New people attended all meetings since Frankfurt. This will probably lead to a constant change of majorities for issues on which we do not have general consensus. The veterans of the process have to arrange with this.

I see this as a great advantage of EURALO for producing fair processes. When deciding on specific procedural aspects, the majority at the moment of the vote will have incentives to introduce safeguards for the minority, for the simple reason that who is majority today can become minority tomorrow.
